Motophoto Imaging & Photography is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information obtained by reason of your customer relationship with Motophoto Imaging & Photography. Motophoto Imaging & Photography is committed to providing you with a safe environment to upload, share and print your photos. Except for albums you choose to share publicly without password protection, your photos are password protected and are not visible to others unless you explicitly share them. If you invite visitors to see your photos, by clicking on the “Share” tab, Motophoto will send an email to your invitee(s) containing the URL of your photos. Please note that your invitees can then forward the email containing the URL to other parties if they choose to do so.
We require customers who register to use Motophoto Imaging & Photography’s online services to give us contact information, such as their name, company name, address,phone number, e-mail address, billing/shipping information, and credit card number, if necessary for purchase. You can always choose not to provide us with any of your personal information. However, if you make this choice we may not be able to provide you with the product, service, or information that you requested. Of course, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their personal or business emails.
